There is another political Party called "FREEDOM TO PIRI WIRI TUA". We have NO association with this Party whatsoever. They formed to contest this election only and intend disbanding after this election.

The Piri Wiri Tua Movement have long term goals and aims therefore we enter this election contesting the SIX Maori Seats ONLY.

We also wish to state that some of our candidates in particular, Dalvanius Maui Prime, have been instrumental in the re-establishing of KO HUIARAU Maori Parliament. This hundred percent Tikanga Maori Parliament opens for business March 2000.

The Piri Wiri Tua Movement can be what KO HUIARAU can never be, a contestant in the Pakeha Political Arena. We also wish to state that The Piri Wiri Tua Movement and KO HUIARAU have no political allegiances just the same Vision.
